COULD YOU HELP US?
We are looking for someone who can support the existing committee in two specific areas which are as follows:
Monitoring planning applications (commercial in particular) and reporting accordingly.
No specific qualifications required but any connection with urban planning or architecture would be useful.
Monitoring changes in the town centre, shops closing, infrastructure damage, hazards etc.
No specific qualifications required, but working in, living in or near the centre would help.
Apart from Altrincham, we also need coverage for areas like Broadheath and/or Oldfield Brow.
We are all unpaid volunteers who fit our work in around other commitments, so there is no pressure on any of the above tasks.
They would not necessarily need to attend our bi-monthly meetings, but stay in touch by phone, email (preferable), text or WhatsApp.
