Congratulations to Hale Community Trust for successfully securing library services in Hale Village. Trafford Council approved plans to create a new community Centre and Library in the centre of Hale at the Planning and Development Committee, which took place last night, August 8th 2019.

Congratulations must also go to Community Groups in Timperley who campaigned to retain their library facility, with the announcement that work is finally set to begin on the new £7m Timperley Library, medical centre and apartment scheme.

As a result of campaigning by the A&BCS library services in Altrincham have been retained, with the new Altrincham Library on Pott Street opening last December, in part of the Altrincham Hub development.
